Moscow – Tele2, an alternative mobile communication service provider, and CJSC “MC “Dynamo” have signed an agreement on cooperation in communication services development on the territory of Arena Park. Tele2 will be the first company to provide the a scope of communication services for the renovated Stadium, the Dynamo sports park and the Arena Park residential area.
According to the agreement, in 2017, Tele2 is intending to develop 3G and 4G networks on the territory of the multi-functional VTB Arena Park project, a complex reconstruction of the Dynamo Central Stadium named after Lev Yashin and adjacent facilities. The parties have agreed to install telecommunication equipment in order to provide high-quality voice communication and high-speed Internet services for the VTB Arena Park infrastructure with. Tele2 will ensure stable communication services on the territory of all facilities by the time when the complex is launched.
The facilities include Sports and Concert-Entertainment Complex with one big multifunctional arena and one small multifunctional arena, a recreation and entertainment complex and an underground parking. Another facility where Tele2 intends to install new base stations is the Arena Park residential area, which will include headquarters of the Dynamo society, a hotel, office buildings and apartments. Almost 8 hectares will be occupied by the Dynamo park of physical education and sports where a sports academy of the same name will be located.
Additionally, Tele2 is planning to launch 3G/4G networks in Petrovsky Park metro station, which will be located in close proximity to Sports and Concert-Entertainment Complex. This new station of the Third Interchange Ring will significantly improve passengers’ access to these sports facilities.

The sports facilities may accommodate thousands of people, that is why we are going to install high capacity equipment suitable for heavy loads.”
