March 14-15, 2017, Andrei Peregoudov, the head of the VTB Arena Park project, will be participating in the largest international real estate exhibition MIPIM in Cannes as a speaker for the main panel discussion of the forum. For the beginning, he will participate in the discussion opening the Russian business program “New Tasks of the Russian Development: How to convert square meters into a comfortable city environment?” which will be hosted by RBC media holding. The participants there will discuss new requirements to the projects transforming the urban space, creating a comfortable city environment and providing a possibility to work, study and spend free time not leaving the neighborhood.
Afterwards, he will speak at the RBC’s roundtable discussion “Integrated Urban Development from Moscow to Vladivostok” conducted under the support of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation. The main topics of the discussion will be the development of comfortable city environment, mortgage market and transport infrastructure as the catalysts of the federal developers’ interest to housing market development and integrated urban development in the biggest Russian cities.
Additionally, Andrei Peregoudov will be one of the main reporters at the conference “New development reality: how is the Russian real estate market meeting the current challenges?” hosted by Kommersant Publishing House. The participants will discuss the reasons of the changed agenda in the Russian real estate market, business models that might be effective in the current situation, the most demanded projects and prospectives for development companies.
On the second day of MIPIM, Andrei Peregoudov will take part in the conference “Creative urban development. Change drivers of the Russian cities” hosted by Kommersant Publishing House. The conference will be focused on creative design and rational space planning as the main factors of successful development projects. The trend of shifting from infill projects to a creative territory development where everything necessary for a high-quality life is foreseen is a matter of particular interest of the conference participants as well as the experience of the UK, the USA, South Korea and Canada.
