CJSC “MC “Dynamo” – VTB Arena park project developer – and VTB24 Leasing concluded the agreement on interest-free installment plan for purchase of “Arena park” urban district apartments by natural persons.
Upon joining the program the client pays at least a 35% initial installment of total value of the immovable property being acquired and the rest of the amount is provided by VTB24 Leasing on interest-free terms. The amount of such financing, exclusive of the initial installment, might account for 100 million rubles. Repayment schedule for the debt owed to VTB24 Leasing is set specifically for each particular client including the opportunity to make repayment in equal installments within the duration of the contract. The additional advantage of the program is that it doesn’t imply transaction fee (for paperwork processing) and extra expenses for client’s life and health insurance.

Given that VTB Arena park is the project of comprehensive reconstruction of Dynamo Central Stadium and adjacent area (total lot area is 32 ha, sports part investments are equal to 26 billion rubles) the cooperation with VTB24 Leasing enhances the reliability of the project and under the current economic circumstances of exchange rates volatility and construction prime costs increase this aspect is of great importance”, - observes Ms. Ekaterina Guryeva, Head of VTB Arena park sales department.

VTB24 Leasing is a trademark under which the company Systema Leasing 24, JSC being the subsidiary of Bank VTB24 (public joint-stock company) works, it specializes in financial services.
VTB Arena park is the project of the comprehensive area improvement comprising the construction of multi-purpose sports and entertainment complex (VTB Arena and Dynamo Central Stadium), Dynamo Sports Academy, “Arena Park” urban district and Dynamo sports park. The total area of the project being implemented is 32 ha. The urban district “Arena Park” combines 13 buildings including the headquarters of Dynamo Society, 298-room “Hyatt Regency Moscow, Petrovsky Park” hotel, 4 office buildings and 6 apartment buildings. The number of the apartments is 1002 with a total area of 145,000 sq.m.; the area of the three office buildings ranges from 9,000 to 12,000 sq.m., and the area of the fourth building is 36,000. Car parking with 4,200 car spaces is located underneath the sports part of VTB Arena park project and the urban district.
On the first floors of all buildings there will be located cafes, banks, shops, communal services, leisure and study centers for children. Among other facilities there is a deluxe “Hyatt Regency, Petrovsky park” hotel with 298 rooms and 56 furnished apartments.
Eight hectares of the renovated Dynamo physical culture and sports park will separate the Stadium and Arena hosting plenty of events from the urban district.
In 2014 VTB Arena park project was granted the “Best Russian Project” award by the MIPIM Awards jury, national award by RREF AWARDS as the winner of the “City within a city” nomination in the field of residential real estate and “Mixed-use Architecture Russia ” award granted by International Property Awards.
